Floor Conveyors

We design and manufacture varied types of floor conveyors from simple belts to complex powered roller and plant handling systems; systems supplied to Leyland Trucks, Rapiscan Systems, JCB, Jaguar, BOC Edwards.

Our Range

Twin chain conveyors

Light and heavy duty for transport or indexing through process e.g. shrinks wrapping.

Turntable Conveyor

Most conveyors can be mounted on turntables to change direction or product orientation. Normally 90° or 180°.

Tow Conveyors

Transport of trucks/trolleys with heavy load’s over long distances. Trolleys can be removed from conveyor for picking, process operation.

Skid Conveyors

Skid conveyors normally used for heavy loads in poor environments. (oven/furnace applications).

Shuttle Cars

Shuttle cars often used for transfer of components from one handling system to another.

Scissor Lifts

Scissor lifts can be incorporated into conveyor lines for assembly to allow a common working height for different operations or larger units to service loading docks or AGV load/unload.

Pallet Roller Conveyors

Heavy duty materials system for pallets. Turntables and transfers can be incorporated to feed strapping/packing machines.

Stainless Steel Conveyors (Nuclear)

Specialist conveyors for out cell/in cell operation. Through wall drives can be incorporated for ease of maintenance.

Inverted Power & Free Conveyors

Flexible throughput conveyors can be used to divert loads or accumulate between processes such as paint finishing between spraying and curing.

Elevator Conveyors

To change elevation between conveyor levels or between building levels, such as mezzanine floors.

Used in automation processes to replace fork lift trucks, with automatic feed to/from production conveyors.

Chain Transfers

To change direction at 90° when orientation is required or not. Normally operated in conjunction with powered roller conveyor. Can be light or heavy duty.

Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyors

For heavier unit loads requiring accumulation in production linked/oven applications. Can incorporate storage on the conveyor.

Belt conveyors

Light duty PVC belts for unit load handling up to plastic belts with loads in excess of 10 tonnes.

Accumulating Roller Conveyors

Light to heavy duty when intermediate storage is required on the conveyor.
